Doesn't work like that. You switch between OS by pressing a button. It switched between the 2 OS is a matter of seconds. You don't turn off the device and reboot.

I would have jumped right in with this device (though I probably would have gone with the Samsung Ativ Q). I already have many Android apps due to having an Android phone. But I also have a PC with plenty of apps on that too (Steam being a good example). I would have dearly liked a dual OS tablet hybrid.

    As aidantjt said... Screw em!!

    Step 1. Buy windows PC.
    Step 2. Format hard drive.
Step 3. Install whatever you want on it.

If I want windows, keep windows (I have the license with the PC), or install linux - there's many different flavors! If you really want Android, there's Android x86. If you can't decide, research setting up a boot-menu using syslinux or GRUB so you can pick and choose any of these on boot (if you have a big enough hard drive).

As he says. You could achieve a similar effect with a virtual machine though.

Anyway, it wasn't the Asus I wanted, it was the Samsung Ativ Q
