I already run Windows 10 for day to day use. Its the price of developing for DX12. As Much as I am not happy about the privacy stuff...

I will wait 3 months before I upgrade to Win 10. I have no problems with 8.1 at the moment so I see no reason to upgrade on day 1.
I'll wait a couple of weeks for some in-depth reviews. Providing it is not broken I will then upgrade my 3 machines.
Prob give it a few weeks to make sure there a a few more bugs squashed and then jump in.
July 29 HAS COME AND GONE so how much longer before we get a link to win 10
I have registered
sorry for the above post my mistake I though it was June the 29th
Don't know if I will yet, Windows 7 is a excellent platform and will take some beating. Need to see if it's any good first and then I will make a choice. If I do it certainly won't be until at least 6 months after launch so that they can get all the bugs out of it and hardware manufacturers get used to doing drivers for it.
Does anyone know if I can clean install windows 8.1 first and then install windows 10 after?
Day 1 for me too
July 29 or sooner if MSDN gets early. I've never waited to upgrade before - I don't see why i'd wait now (especially as its so heavily based on Win 8 which runs great)
Not until I have upgraded to my next (hopefully) long lasting computer. I currently see no reason to upgrade my existing one and would rather have something more future proof prior to risking the jump to windows 10.
7 years old and going strong, though since then I have upgraded my graphics card twice (due to failed cards) as well as upgrading to an SSD. Still does everything I need it to, so why opt for windows 10?

I'll be doing it as soon as I can get my hands on it and upgrade windows 8.1 to windows 10.
I can't wait for DX12 and Xbox integration and don't have anything to worry about so I'll plunge in and get to grips with the changes etc straight away. I've 3 systems all waiting to be upgraded![]()
