Very nice prize, but that also means it's gonna be a fierce competition with a lot of outsiders finding it, I guess we wouldn't get a prize this big as a Hexus exclusive though.

    Regardless, good luck everyone.

Very nice. Even if I don't win I think I'll be getting that Z170 board.

Just wish they'd drop the PS2 mouse and the VGA ports! Party like it's 1999.

It's a combined PS/2 keyboard and mouse port, and a top quality keyboard lasts a long time. If you bought a £100 keyboard in 1999 there's a good chance it's still going.

The VGA port is a bit more puzzling given Skylake dropped support and CRTs don't last half as well. I'm guessing it was available as a side effect on some other chip and Asus couldn't come up with anything more useful to fill the gap.

To be completely fair I'm still using a VGA monitor despite building this PC not too long ago (November last year iirc) simply because I stuck with my old one as it wouldn't fit in budget. It's starting to show it's age but 16:10 and 1440x900 is still plenty for me, though I'm looking at upgrading to an ASUS 1080p monitor sometime so I can get off VGA. VGA has been fine for me though.

Completely agree on the keyboard sentiment, I'm using a generic microsoft keyboard and it uses PS2.
