I can't really comment on the store other than the last time I went in one where it was full of 'hipsters' using the free wifi so you couldn't really view things properly. As to the support from Apple, well my nearest store is over an hour, if not longer, away in a car so I'd likely be relying on phone support with apple like anyone else but I can't say I've had too many issues with any company I've bought from though, mind you I do check them out first, informed decisions and all

It was expected with the mess that was android 5.0 for the high end market to go towards Apple.

Google needs to solve the update problem and get rid of the absurd material design from 5.0, with it's abysmal information density and useless extra swipes to do the same thing.

What's funny is the actual iPhones are crap. The small one is not one handed, the big one is too big for it's screen size and the battery life is baad.
