I would argue that is Quality Control (i.e. end of line testing). Quality Assurance is controlling your manufacturing process to ensure that your final product will be within expected specifications.

Simply looking at the terms, I'd always interpreted it the other way around, but the definition of both terms on Wikipedia appears to match with yours, so evidently I interpreted it incorrectly.

At least I got the term itself correct when Rubarb asked what the "QA" stood for.
