    Well that doesn't sound ideal...

Re: QOTW: Are you addicted to your smartphone?

I have a smartphone (Moto G4) but hardly use it to its full capability.

I use it on occasions for FB, the usual but its generally in my pocket and there for people to get me on the phone and emergency contact for my daughter.

It broke the other week - ROM kept crashing at boot so for a week it was powered off and on my desk. That week was so good I now take a timeout all the time and don't use the phone for anything apart from texts, calls and the odd email - but even the email clients now set to only check when I need to instead of it harassing me with new notifications.

Take a break folks, believe me your mental health will thank you later

    Definitely addicted.
Not good for people's mental health so going to start introducing a 'no phone after 7pm' rule soon.

    Can easily live without it!
Basically it's just an mp3 player for my car and an emergency phone if my car ever breaks down, Could just as easily burn mp3's to a dvd and play it through the car.
Let them have their phones, Just don't complain about me being a PC enthusiast wasting time and money on the latest and greatest that I don't really need,Just like their phones!

Nah. I spend 20 minutes or so browsing t'internet during lunchtime at work, and check addresses occasionally on google maps throughout the day, but I don't do bookface, snapchat, instagram or twitter.

In short, I have a life.
