    There's so much missing from that press release - Where exactly is the silver atom when it's not in the gap? Does another "control pulse" open the circuit again or are they having to manually reset it?
    Switching speeds are critical to the usefulness of a transistor but I suppose that's almost irrelevant at such an early stage in the research.
