Nothing, too skint this year.
Nothing, too skint this year.
Bought nothing on Black Friday. However, yesterday I pulled the trigger on a Ryzen 7 3700X and an ASUS Prime X470-Pro motherboard. The reasons: Cheapest price I've seen so far (even without any BF "discount") and I want to finally build a new system during my Christmas holiday. The current one is 7 years old.
Nothing - too poor and disappointing sales in my opinion - I agree with Friesiansam that it's largely a psuedosale.
I bought some trainers that I'd had my eye on for a while that were a genuine £30 or so off.
Also 3 UHD Blu-Rays for £30.
A bunch of 12TB Western Digital USB 3.0 drives (WD120EMAZ inside) for £155 a piece. All already 'shucked' and whirling away inside one of the old HP Microservers now.
Corsair K63 ten keyless mechanical keyboard for £53. There is sooo... much space on my desk now - unbelievable!

I bought the jackbox party pack of games for the Amazon fire tv.

If you need a family party game to play this Christmas you should get this and play fibbage. You wont regret it.
I got a bunch of DVD's and Blu-Rays. Some I've been keeping an eye on the price... and was the cheapest to date. Got a space hopper and toys for my kids, and some bags and shoes for the Mrs.
I did want to get some tech as well, but the cost was too much...
I did this too, a pair of Adidas Gazelle for like £33. The same week I got a similar pair, different colour for full price from another store (think it was like £10 less due to sale storewide).
