0.25. Once you get the arm and head in there isn't much room left.
I guess if you blended them first you might get more in, but that would be kind of Dexter-terminal, and I still think volume wise for anything less than an EATX tower case you'd struggle to get it all in anyway.
edit: following some googling it appears the average volume is only 70 litres or so, which wuold be well within the 100-200 litres provided by most mid-full size tower cases. Who'd have thought?!

Desktop is a NUC in a fanless Akasa case.
Can't deal with fan noise anymore.
Some of these fan counts are crazy - think they use more power than my entire PC :-)
