    Microsoft anti-trust case could see Intel reinvestigated

    As AMD's war against Intel rages on, a former FTC employee claims that AMD's case and a past Microsoft anti-trust case could lead to U.S. regulators investigating Intel again.

    They say "five years ago" I know that in the UK there's a timeout on cases over a certain age.

    Is this true in the US or other countries where intel will be reinvestigated?
