I'm struggling, it looks like a 939 chip ... Steve what's the top of the chip look like...?
If you're lucky it's a FX-60 ... if you're not it's a Sempron
[EDIT: your -> you're (doh)]

FX60 has changed to evens, in celebration of its dualcore.
2600Mhz, dual core, 1Mb cache each, multiplier unlocked.
I want it!!
Well, i counted the pins and is is indeed 939, im guessing its a fx cause anything else would be boaring or made up.

1 pin, 2 pins, 3 pins, ah darn I lost count.
Either a 59/60, or you're planning an in-depth article into overclocking a S939 opteron.
Again, there NO SUCH CHIP as an FX59, look at the AMD Roadmap
Are you going to put us all out of our misery? What is it?
It has to be an FX59.

New Sig on the Way...
OK, since we're getting ridiculous now (no offence Xaneden!):
It's Intel's new Athlon64 compatible chip. if they can't beat em, they'll join em!

After all this, it had better be worth it.
Is it the world's first musical processor?
Does it lay eggs and make little baby processors?
Can it talk?
LOL now that would be a good trick, a genetically engineered race of little creatures that can live inside a s939 package and are very good at maths. whenever a new game comes out and your rig struggles to run it, just run a program that makes the critters reproduce!Originally Posted by Mike Fishcake
