yeah, there is an invertor on the left hand side, an ad board, some memory stick and usb ports on the right.
heck, I would guess it to be made by Enlight...they do those type of machines...ermm LP-791?

Seems to fit the bill, side mounted USB/card reader, 4 low-profile expansion slots, micro-atx, the stand is in the right place, etc.
