How loud are these low profile passive cards? especially in normal desktop usage

And according to Hexus, quiet when idle / low load, but getting noticably louder during 3D load. I strongly suspect you can adjust the fan profile though. Prices are a bit high at the minute, but when it hits £50 I'll almost certainly get one and build a new lowish power office and lan box.
Had a look at the Anandtech review, and i'm not sure there would be much difference for my usage (I dont game), and even a 5450 would be a lot more powerful than the Quadro NVS in my desktop at the moment.Looks like I had to wait less than 12 hours

If you don't game at all then a 5450 is probably the better option, particularly with all the etail 5570s being > £65 at the minute. I'm only really interested because I have a low profile case which would be perfect for taking to LAN parties if I had good enough hardware to go in it. The 5570 looks like a good balance between low power draw (the accompanying PSU is only 250W!) and performance, so it'll be very tempting when / if the price comes down.
