I think more than the toggle-crouch there needs to not be toggle ADS.

Game's picked up a lot actually, the lag issue only really occurred in the snow map at the start and it's much better now.
Still needs a toggle-crouch button though.
And it needs to teach about the dropping of bullets and stuff, at distance I'm awful with a sniper rifle, while on MW2 I can get headshots all day. Just a quick simple talk through by the leader of the group would've sufficed.

For some reason, I really missed not being able to lie down. I'd love to sniper properly on some of the levels

does nobody make a "sticky button" program to make the OS think the button is being held down till its pressed again?

My granddad uses a miniature paperweight on his BBC Micro for that, although it's probably not the best solution for an FPS

i am gutted by this so far am never looking forward to a game again.

I tried multiplayer and had issues with punkbuster kicking me then i managed to get the server list to refresh but it is not showing me the server pings so i go in game and everyone is pinging high numbers and i get lag.

The worst thing though is the parachute in to maps 4 times my parachute has not opened (it does it automatically) and i just fell to the floor and died and both maps i have tried i parachute in half way to the floor and i've been snipered.

I was so excited about this but so far really annoyed

I thought it was spacebar to 'chute - at least thats what i was mashing in the BETA and it was working

This probably wont happen, for the same reason there wont be prone in the game, what is known frm the BF2 world as dolphin divers, basically people running along, they start to get shot, they jump 12 feet in the air, then lie down in mid air and then land lay down, making it near impossible to kill them and when you have a 32 man server, with nearly an entire team doing the same, it gets rather boring and rather old, rather quick!

Yes it is spacebar to parachute also.

The funny thing was is that dolphin diving was still in BF2 even when they added the delay via a patch - i think the worst culprit for it now is MW2, hell theres even a controller config to encourage it.

See in BF2 I NEVER dolphin dived, however in CoD4:MW I bunny hop all the time, I never used to and used to hate it, but I started playing promod and soon realised everyone was doing it and they DID have an advantaged, so I started doing it, and now cant stop myself, its natural to do it lol.

have you seen the punkbuster update that you can now download? Not sure if it has something to do with that?
