    it really depends...

    sometimes i have cheese if i'm having them as a main meal/snack, if i'm aving them with a burger or fish it'll be ketchup and if i'm having them with anything else it'll be mayo (with a base of salt in all cases!)

    Its salt and vinegar here... tho mayo mixed with tabasco makes a spicy treat to go with em too

    As I work in a chippy up 'ere in Scotland....there is nothing that beats chip shop BROWN SAUCE. NOTHING!

    Our shop alone goes through about a gallon per night of this stuff....
    We've got some customers that want their fish suppers literally swimming in the sauce.
