I was away in north africa over the summer and i brought back a couple of tagines... i want to try and make tagine, what way can i actually cook with it...
can i put it on an electric ceramic hob? or can i put it in an electric fan oven?

I don't think putting it directly on the hob would be a good idea.
When we use ours, we usually whack it in the oven (electric fan)
