    RMA Query

    Hi

On Saturday (at about 11:30am) I sent in a query, via a the scan web site, about a damaged disk that I received with a sound card. The website helpfully told me that my query had been successful and that I had been assigned a query number

Your allocated query number is OLQ431606
I sent myself a mail so that I wouldn't forget the number. I must admit I hoped for a reply by the time I got home but alas there wasn't one. Never mind I'll just send another, more direct query, via the "RMA" section.

The website helpfully told me that my query had been successful and that I had been assigned a query number

Your allocated query number is OLQ431606
Call me a cynic but I'm starting to notice a pattern here

Please tell me these queries aren't breing re-directed to /dev/null !

    Thanks.

The query will be logged against the invoice number. As this hasn't changed, you will simply re-log a query against the same refference.

Please be patient, and the returns team will get back to you as soon as possible.

DavidM - once you get a reply from returns, will replying to their e-mail get to them fine (as I have done) or should you go through the site again to reply to what they said?

Could anyone respond to my returns query? I replied to the guy who asked for the exact problem so he could issue an RMA, though it seems to be taking a fair while just to give me an RMA number. Apologies if it's a busy time for you but my PC is out of action while I wait on this. Time is money

Phillipp - I am not the same fella as the one who made the first post, I just thought I'd save making a new thread about an RMA....probably wasn't the best idea so I'll start a new one
