Gonna be cooking Spaghetti Bolognaise and need to find a nice starter thats easy to do (my cookery skills pretty much plateau at making spag bol with a Schwartzkoph packet recipe).
Get yourself one of those italian stylee feast breads... the big flatish ones.
Cut it in half horizontally, then drizzle both halves with olive oil. Sprinkle over some chopped black olives, maybe a bit of shredded parma ham amd sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper and lots or freshly grated parmesan.
Bake in a hottish oven for ten minutes, cut into big chunks and serve with a bowl of olive oil for dipping.
