Got to say that a wok is one of the most useful piece of cookware I've ever bought
You can do so much with them and cooking in them is always quick and easy. Can turn rice into such a nice dish. Tonight for example I Bacon, mushroom, pepper and egg fried rice. I didn't know what to have and this was quick.
Cook some rice for about 10 min and drain.
while the rice is cooking cut up the vegtables and bacon.
fry the bacon off in the wok with a little oil.
add the egg stirring continuosly to avoid it becoming one hard mess.
Once the egg is nearly cooked add the chopped veg and some soy sauce and chinese 5 spice to taste.
after a minute add the rice and once warm through serve.
