The worst thing is wedge, you are forced to go for a coffee and when you do and ask for a black coffee you get the look aswell like you are daft "OMG the customer said black coffee, whats that, we have kiwi coffe, lemon coffee, latte molka-choka-ultra-crap coffee. Over load, whats a coffee flavoured coffee"

When they turn around to say we have a latte or a molka whatever I love giving them that look as if i will ram the latte where the sun doesn't shine. I just want a normal everyday coffee that doesn't cost a tenner.

I rarely drink either and don't have a preference.

Most soy milk has fat in it, more than reduced fat cows milk, but of course you can get low and non fat soy milk. Also, fat is not bad for you. Too much fat is. Same goes for most everything else. There are also nutrients that are in cows milk that are not in soy milk and vice versa.

Now if you don't like something, there are always other things that can give you proper nutrition, but making a blanket statement than soy milk is healthier than cow milk is innacurate.

as for teabags tetley is surely the best tea in the world, anything posher or cheaper just wont do.

Tea without question Normal, PG Tips and the like.
I do occasionally have a fruit tea, but nothing can beat a good old cuppa! (Coffee just gives me a headache)

I've had a lot of sobering thoughts in my time.... It was them that started me drinking.

that may be true, but your body isnt 'designed' to drink alcohol, or have a high sugar intake, or take lots of drugs, or wear clothes, or sit at a desk all day, but lots of us still do it. cow juice is a great drink, healthy and cheap - works out under 1/2 the price of coke if you buy it in a shop (1 pint vs 500ml, 35p vs80p). just cos you dont like something doesnt mean youi cant understand why some people do. hell i dont like the idea of being doubley anal fisted by a badger, but i'm not going to stop vaul

It's not pointless if it could put me in hospital

I'm not supposed to drink alcohol either, but that's not gonna stop me!

actually, ur body only doesnt break the lactose down if u're a)asian (as they dont tend to drink as much cows milk later in life) and b) dont drink it.

There's a LOT of goodness in cows milk, you HAVE to have SOME source of fat in ur diet, even on the healthiest diet, the body isnt DESIGNED to be deprived of fat.

secondly, milk is a good source of calcium. It's good for keeping your bones healthy and strong as your bones are always growing, especially if u've got broken bones.

Also, if you dont drink enough milk, women especially, will suffer from osteoporosis later in life.

I personally LOVE milk, i drink gallons of the stuff. My bf also hates it, but only cos it's "cow boobies juice" (yes, he's 25...). He doesnt remember what it tastes of, however he did have a bad experience with it when he was 5 when they gave him curdled milk at school.

the soya milk i drink has added calcium to make up for this. milk (anythign dairy) and citrus fruits make me asthmatic.
