Are you allowed to say "I like tea and coffee"?

Both drinks have their place at different times of day, as well as the discovery that one might taste better than the other with the food you eat. What I would say though, is that a lot of what turns people on or off to these cuppas is the quality of the raw ingredients, and the way they are prepared. It is also interesting to learn where in the world the leaf or bean comes from, and of course whether it is a rip-off source or fair-trade. There's a lot of politics behind tea and coffee.

To me it is vitally important to buy the best tea or coffee, and then to prepare the drink in a professional way - after all, what would Gordon Ramsay say about slapdash methods!

Having said the above, I do think coffee turns me on more than tea. I used to go to a little coffee shop where I could get the best freshly roasted beans, and I would then rush them home to grind them seconds before putting them into my espresso machine. Wow!! What aromas and flavours the beans give off when everything is fresh. My favourite was a highly roasted Brazilian Santos bean.

Tea, touch of milk, 2 sugers.

The girlfriend prefers tea flavoured milk syrup (lots of sugar ya see). :/

Coffee-black. No nonsense. I don't think I could live without it.

Granting I'm drinking tea at the moment, it's two hot for sludgy coffee.

Tea is so much nicer. I mean it might not have the caffine of coffie (thats why we drink it) but for a tasty drink, has to be tea.

I'm not a fan of coffee. It has to be Liptons Yellow Label tea for me. I usually get a couple of boxes on my frequent trips to Dubai as it's hard to get over here (UK). That with a teaspoon of honey and a generous dollop of milk. What a way to start and end the day! However, I do treat the Liptons Yellow Label tea as a luxury and only drink it on special occasions or when I want to treat myself!

My 'normal' day-to-day tea is the PG Tips pyramid tea bags although I am partial to a cup of Earl Grey every now and then.

Coffee for life! Tea is OK for a once in a while, maybe even once a day drink, but coffee is always needed. One in morning to wake up, one an hour later to make sure still awake, one at lunch time, one mid afternoon, one at dinner, one at around 10ish (milky coffee then, mmm) and one or two while gaming. Black (strong, no sugar), white (strong, little milk 1 sugar).

    Can't live without it.

Have to go for tea. I mean, it's just the best, few times a day, nice and milky, with a bit of sugar.

I only drink coffe to wake up, like at rediculous times of the morning etc etc.

Cup of Tea every morning, coffee very rarely during the day. Really only if I'm offered one.
