Having a chat with a mate over a drink or two , we decided that the best way to cook a nice sausage was not to grill it ( as health would suggest) , but to fry it very slowly over a very low heat for about 30 mins.
he went on to proove this by serving me some of the best bangers and mash I've eaten. ( sausages from Strattons in Leighton Buzzard for anyone who is interested )
cooked as previously mentioned they were melt in the mouth delectable.
anyone care to suggest their finest "bangers and mash" ?
