Went out on a limb tonight and started experimenting

Had a pack of mixed fresh seafood, fried about half in some olive oil and pepper, added some corbonara sause and cooked it down for a bit.

Grilled a few of those giant flat mushrooms with the stalks cut out.

Scooped the sause into the middle, topped with slices of fresh mozzarella and grilled again until the chease melted.

Yum!! wasn't sure how it would end up, i've had some disasters in the past, but this was good.

Wouldn't bother with the carbonara in the future, double creame, creme fresh or campbels condensed creame of mushroom would be better i think (and cheaper). oh, and more chease, some bits were really thick and stringy, lovely.
