My missus follows the Weight Watcher program and uses some recipes from their cookbooks but looking for some more ideas of low fat main meals, snacks etc.
One snack idea I stole from Jamie oliver is the veggie wrap
2 tortilla wraps
Brown one side of each in a frying pan
Add chopped peppers, onion and other veg
Sprinkle cheese over top and around edges
Add other wrap on top
Cheese will melt and seal - flip over and finish toasting
Tasty!!
