I really hope you are kidding as they are the easiest thing to make.
    Batter
    8oz of Plain Flour
    2eggs (Beaten)
    1Pint of Full Fat Milk
    Pinch of salt & sugar
    Hint of cinnamon
    >Blend it all up
    >>Add ½ - 1 teaspoon of either White Flora or mild Olive oil to the frying pan at low-medium heat, spread it out by moving the frying pan around.
    >>>Pour onto frying pan at low-medium heat, flip half-way thru cooking, repeat until out of mix.
    Topping
Sprinkle with Castor sugar (who am I kidding, pour it on ), then some lemon juice, Golden Syrup and a dollop or 2 of ice-cream.

Makes 6 large pancakes, Job Done.
