The weight doesn't bother me too much since I'm used to moving a midi tower currently and won't have to move it all that much (when I do it will be in wheelie suitcase or car)

Re: Compatibility - Heatsink with GPU Case and RAM

Here's the bit tech review of the sg07 http://www.bit-tech.net/hardware/cas...-case-review/1
they say the silverstone NT06-e doesn't fit fully as it gets in the way of the graphics card, however I recon it will denpend on the motherboard you use and how close the cpu socket is to the card.

esp as the gigabyte board they use has the socket right next to the pci-e slot

And the DFI board shouldn't have that issue.
Also with space for 1x 3.5" and 2x 2.5" drives you could get both a 3.5" and 2.5" hard drive in there.

with modding and a small slim 60mm fan you could add some hard drive cooling, hard drives don't need much after all.
Hard drive don't generate much heat, it's just they tend to be more sensative to heat than most other components

EDIT: Noctua C12P heat sink on a DFI mini ITX

    and inside the SG07

So yes your original three bits do fit together, it's snug but they fit and on a case this small I'd not expect bags of room.

While I really do like this case, I do wonder if using aluminium for the outter shell/U shaped cover would of added that much to the price.
It would of greatly improved the overall look IMO

If it was all brushed aluminium (anodised or not) but I still don't find the looks too displeasing. I was tempted to go for Da Box and build an uATX system but the price is just too high for me.

I don't find the looks displeasing, just could be better
What I mean is keep the steel frame and such just replace that cover with nice anodised aluminium, heck I'd even settle for plastic with a thin Aluminium veneer (like the front of the corsair cases)
Anodised aluminium has a texture, effect and feel, that is just not reproduced by paint.
