try www.cex.co.uk and see what they sell them for. It might take some time to find the items on their database but it's worth a look. Or more simply go on ebay and see if anybody is selling the same items, see what the current bid is or if it has a buy it now.

RAM - probably £12 for both sticks at a guess.
Seen E2180s sell for £12-£15 and 2GB RAM can be had new for about £20, so £15?
