I take it the CPU you have is a Sandy bridge chip
Denic made it clear that the CPU he uses is a Ivy Bridge based i3-3220. And just for the clarification, not everything they say they can keep true (the manufacturers). I received proper EIST and Turbo support only after the 4th BIOS revision (didn't had in the 1st, after upgrade to 2nd still nothing, but all turned out the be ok after the 4th BIOS, the manufacturer skipped the 3rd version altogether).

So I saved the settings and booted the OS. I believe half of my drivers didn't even loaded, crashed immediately. Best for testing memory settings would be a program right in Windows.
The Memtest86 tells you whether there's something wrong with the RAM. When you boot into Windows other factors come into play.

B75 chipset supports faster memory than 1333MHz. It just defaults to that speed like my Z77 defaults to 1600. Turning on XMP has my memory running at 1866 with no problems.

Regards to Memtest86 I can assure you there was no other changes being made. If you like I can even record the whole thing for you. Would be great to run the RAM on 7-7-7-20.
Tested the memory modules in Memtest86 from DOS first under 7-8-8-20, then 7-7-8-20, then finally 7-7-7-20 under 1.5V. All finished without errors. Soon I logged into Windows with the same settings or even with 1.65V, Windows was done for. Could log back fully only after restoring the previous settings (8-8-8-20 at 1.5V).

B75 chipset supports memory faster than 1333Mhz BUT with the right CPU only. P67, Z68, Z75 and Z77 are the only chipsets which supports memory overclocking (higher memory frequency that the highest default supported by your CPU, which in case of SB is 1333Mhz, Ivy Bridge 1600Mhz). LGA 1155 and chipsets

Is your RAM actually 7-7-7-20 or 8-8-8-20?

With regard to the B75, if you increase the Bclk successfully will the RAM not run at a faster speed?

Re: RAM Blue screens at 1600mhz

Well my memory is rated for 9-9-9-24 at 1.35V 1600Mhz. As I can't take advantage of 1600Mhz I thought I will lower the latency.

Right now it is 8-8-8-20 (stable after numerous tests). Tonight will Memtest again at those settings (7-7-7-20 at 1.5V).

Bclk increase will OC the memory as well, but my board can't go over 102/103Mhz so ... pointless. Board or CPU, can't tell. See what I will find in the morning

Re: RAM Blue screens at 1600mhz

I would assume you might have the wrong voltage and/or timing, i recently had an issue where the board was clocking the ram at a much lower voltage than it was designed for which cause BSOD, set all the timings and voltages and haven't seen any BSOD since.

Re: RAM Blue screens at 1600mhz

I have the same problem, I assumed that it was the i3 processor not running at that bus speed.

Re: RAM Blue screens at 1600mhz

If it still happens, then definitely try and do a BIOS update. It solved my RAM issues when I first bought mine at first... but then it turned out to be that one RAM stick was shorting out at random times :/ and I hadn't even OCed it...
