Asus P8P67 - standard edition or LE?

Thinking about purchasing the Asus P8P67 LE, but was wondering if anybody owned this motherboard already, and whether or not they were successfully able to overclock their i5 processor.
Came across one comment in which the person who bought it said it couldn't be done with this board but the asus website states it has overclocking abilities.
The motherboard has all the features I need so simply wondering if is worth paying the extra for the the standard P8P67 as the only difference I can really see is that the standard edition has an internal usb3 port.

Yes the Asus P8P67 LE can overclock, however the big difference between them is in the VRM circuit (the components around the cpu socket that supply it with power.)
This means you'll not get as high an overclock on the LE version and when you are overclocking you are putting the VRM under a far heavier load, which will potentially greatly decrease it's long term life.

Personally I'd not overclock on any of the LE boards.
