Yes I saw it advertised on Amazon which is why I remembered it. May try watching the rest of the series. I haven't read the book I must admit.

Me... I'm currently watching MacGyver. The one with mullets and Richard Anderson, not the new one!!

Yup. Reboot.
They have a young fella, who even looks very young, playing MacGyver. Based on comments so far, the whole show is carried by supporting actor George Eads (I think is his name?) from CSI. They're on Season 3, would you believe? Possibly because I've met kids who saw the film but didn't know The Titanic was a real ship, let alone knew what it meant 'to MacGyver' something.
See, what I'll do is watch all of 80s MacGyver... and then, when I have no more Leonard Cohen and Goth music to depress me beyond belief, I'll watch this new series.

Don't watch series normally unless something special turns up, presently following 4, a record for me as TV in general sucks. New series of G.O.T , Killing Eve and a weird one called " Happy ". Most recent addition is a new series called " Warrior " . Brutal at times, good fight scenes and some nice nude oriental girls thrown in just to keep you awake. lol. ( Recommended.

I've been watching Ghosts on BBC1 on Mondays at 9.30. An enjoyable, unchallenging comedy about a couple who inherit a huge country house, along with its many spectral occupants...

Just picked up the latest seasons of Lucifer and Killjoys.
Still have Outlander and Poldark to try out, as well...
