Virgin media and gaming

i have Virgin Media Broadband and i run CounterStrike Source, X-fire, Msn and all my web sites all at the same time and i get around 5-15 ping...

i have the 4mb package

Virgin do seem to have bags of bandwidth spare don't they! Rolling out 20meg lines when people stuck on BT exchanges get "up to 8meg" and excessive contention.
