    O2 or UKOnline

    Hey guys

I'm currently with Zen (who are bloomin' excellent) on their £33.99 package for 8MB. Now that I'm not at home as much anymore, I can no longer justify the premium of their service.

I'm looking at O2 or UKOnline as people seem to rate them quite well. Has anyone here had experience with these providers? How have they found them? Would you recommend one or the other?

    Thanks,

    No, O2 own Be ...
If you have an O2 mobile contract you get £10 pm off.
But via O2 they also have a 100 day trial period so you can see if they meet your standards

Don't know what O2 broadband customer services are like, but in my (limited) experience, their mobile phone cs are diabolical.

    Dont go with UKOnline.

Clueless tech support (reinstall your router drivers, sir), terrible speeds, just a really really bad service. I would never go back to them.

I find their mobile cs fine.
I imagine that their broadband support will be handled by Be staff.
