    splitting ethernet connection

I've got my pc and xbox in the same room now and was going to use a single homeplug and an ethernet switch to connect the two up to the one homeplug. Would this work?
If so, could anyone recommend a good switch for £20ish ?

    thanks

    edit: the homeplug's a netgear xe102

Yes it would, and Computer hardware and software at amazing prices, available online from Scan Computers UK should do you - I have one in the bedroom for the streamer and it does the job just fine.
