Need Help Setting Up Static IP (belkin Router)

I've followed several guides on how to setup a static IP, but I must be doing something wrong because I just can't get it to work.
Here's all my info from the router and from the command prompt. If someone could please tell me what numbers to use and where, that would be excellent. It's very frustrating seeing utorrent going at 3.2kb/s cause can't forward my ports! heh

Sorry to both you with this question when there are so many guides, but I seriously just can't figure it out!

    Thanks.

Static IP is nothing to do with your router.

    Assign the IP address
To set a static IP address -

    XP

    1. Open Windows Start menu.
    2. Open Control Panel.
    3. Classic view: Open Network Connections
Category view: Select Network and Internet Connections, and then Network Connections.

    Vista

    1. Open Windows Start menu.
    2. Type ncpa.cpl into the Start Menu search box
    3. Press enter

    4. Double-click on your active LAN or Internet connection. (Vista - Go to Internet Protocol Version 4)
    5. Click Properties. (Vista - Skip to Step 7)

This opens the Local Area Connections Properties window.

    6. In the General tab, highlight the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) item, and click Properties.

This opens the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) Properties window.

    7. In the General tab, click Use the following IP address, and enter: - IP address. The static IP address you want to assign to this computer.
    - Subnet mask. Subnet mask used by your router.
    - Default gateway. IP address of your router's default gateway.

    8. In Use the following DNS server addresses, enter all the IP addressses for the DNS servers your router uses.

    9.Click OK.

(For you an example will be - IP Address: 192.168.2.100, Subnet mast: 255.255.255.0, Default gateway: 192.168.2.1,DNS server should also be 192.168.2.1.)
    Then:
    10. Click OK to close each window.
    11. Restart your computer. (not really needed but can solve some issues)
    12. Then, check your IP address again, to make sure that the changes were applied.
