2nd pc cant identify host dns error

hi! i got 2 pcs 1 is online and other is not. same router and both can see each other but 2nd 1 cant get online it says dns error. i have set the dns on automatic and manually to the same as the other but still no luck. would anyone be able to shed light on this for me please.

can you do an IP config /all on both PCs and post the results?
