Is this normal or have Telewest messed up? (again)

last month I was sent a Cisco 1841 router for our 2Mb MPLS and this was installed and setup. Last week they sent another 1841 router to me with no warning or letter to explain why.

I don't want to call them just incase they want it back (Its nice to have a spare for a just in case moment)

Do you think they sent two for this reason or just because they messed up?
