    Re: wireless connections

The Sky router isn't perticularly good, and is customised for their service. There is a lot of discussion on how to get your username and password out of the Sky router to use on another, but I don't know of poeple using the Sky router on another service and injecting their new username and password into it.

Is the TalkTalk modem USB or ethernet? You could just replace t with a regular wireless ADSL router, these are fairly cheap. Or if it is an itehrnet modem, you can use a Wirless Broadband Router (these doesn't include the modem part).

As for informing you ISP, you don't need to tell them anything.
