microsoft outlook web access sync

i have an email account with my college that i can access on their website with Microsoft outlook web access, but is it possible to sync this with a mail client (windows live mail)

It is possible to setup Outlook or even an iPhone or Blackberry to access this account but I doubt that the college will want you to do this and probably won't have the server or their firewalls configured for you to do so.
