Cheap Email Hosting

I currently have a domain name and web hosting from http://www.ikhost.net/hosting.html and have bought a Samsung Omnia with Windows Mobile 6.1.

I have been using my pop3 email account, and am now wanting to get some email hosting that I can use with my current domain to be able to send and receive emails on my Omnia and it will automatically sync to my Outlook on my PC.

The 2 options I found were, Microsoft Exchange and Zimbra (correct me if I am wrong).

I would also like to do the same with my hotmail account.

Can anyone suggest cheap companies I should look at.

congrats on your windows mobile phone. For hosting, you should consider google apps. It is very reliable and only $10 per year. That is a deal!
