A good thing to do is to find a better deal from a different provider. Then phone up virgin to complain about your service. In your anger, mention the better deal. They will probably cave

that's exactly what i had though and they sorted me out!

to get 20mb/s, medium tv and medium phone is 20 quid for new customers, don't see why they should charge you 31 as an old customer

It is £20 a month,
however you need to pay £11 a month for Virgin phone line
