USB wireless transmitter

I have recently bought an ipod touch, i have a very good wired router which i would rather not change and was looking at getting something like this...

this is the only one i have found and its sold out everywhere i can see. I'm sure there must be more out there?! I just can't seem to find any. Anybody know of any decent cheap USB WiFi transmitters? Or use any for the same purpose i'd be very greatful for ideas.

I personally use a wireless access point/range extender which connects to a port on a wired router and gives you wireless access. That way your PC wouldn't have to be on either and the price shouldn't be too different either. The one I'm using has been discontinued AFAIK but there are others to choose from such as: http://www.scan.co.uk/Products/Edima...-%28Realtek%29

Thanks. May have to look into one of those. is it as simple as plug and play?

IIRC, you plug it into your PC first, set up IP address/wireless settings etc then reboot and connect it to a spare port on your router. The instructions were very simple to follow with mine though so didn't have any trouble setting it up.
