    O2 Wireless Box III Lights

I have tried searching Google and even O2's support site for an answer to this, but have yet to find anything.

My connection went down this morning, it happens every now and then (probably an internal wiring problem as connection with O2 is normally stable), so I rebooted the router as usual and after 5 mins I still had no connection. I looked at the router and noticed that the power light was flashing amber and the ethernet light was flashing green, both at the same time, for 1 second on and 1 second off, yet I can't figure out what this means.

I am unable to call O2 for the majority of today and won't be home until late. I know O2 are just gonna ask me to do a reset on the router, so I will do that when I get home if it's still not working, but I'm just wondering if anyone knows what these 2 lights flashing mean?

Also, has anyone got any experience of emailing O2 and how long they take to reply? No point emailing them if I won't get a response by tonight when I'm back home anyway.

Re: O2 Wireless Box III Lights

Thanks, but I read that and it doesn't explain what both power (amber) and ethernet (green) flashing at one second intervals means...

Anyway, called them up last night, turns out the router is dead, so they are sending out a replacement.
