I had replaced my trusty linksys wrt54gs router with a belkin 300n wireless router. Compared to my old linksys, the range wasn't as good (router in upstairs room, some pc's downstairs).
Just bought a new linksys/cisco E1000 for about £35, and the range is now better. I am now wondering if I can use the belkin to boost the strength of my wireless signal downstairs?
Apparently you can use it as an access point. Is this the setting I should use.
If I can use the belkin to boost the signal, how to I access the belkin to set it up, bearing in mind the linksys is now plugged in to my modem.
