My blasted exchange in my town as burnt down!

Now blasted BT are going to take 2-4 days to reinstate basic services

So no phones or internet all this weekend

Im really scared to go without internet for that long, what will I do?

Will i reinstate my socal life, go down to the pub, see some friends or will I do something none internet related !

I heard about this on the news, was waiting for some on here to say something. So no phone services for up to 4 days?! I wonder if you still get charged line rental during this period?

hehe - I lasted for over 30 days without any connection (not even modem) but I was getting panic attacks and having to take sedatives to get to sleep (j/k)

Eventually moved again (just to get DSL!)

What Jiff says is serious...I would NOT move to somewhere that had no Broad Band....to me the house has no value without it. Its an essential consideration.
