I tend to use Firefox for general browsing and then use chrome for quidco/purchases/google+.
The main point for me was the ability to select an 'open' option for files with FF, whereas with chrome you have to download them.

Chrome + Lastpass + xMarks + adblock is my winning combination
Unfortunately I have to keep using IE 9 for Sharepoint at work :-(
I use both Chrome & Firefox, both with adblock plus.
Sites like Hexus should allow donations instead of only relying on adverts.
It's either Firefox or Google Chrome for me. But I'm now tending to use Google Chrome more because my Firefox keeps crashing! I don't know if it's my outdated add-ons or not but it gets annoying.
Er, Firefox, Opera and Chromium or Chrome, with IE on the infrequent occasions that Windows is booted up and needs an update.
Firefox is my first stop, as I've always liked its customisation and I find it gives the best results with the enlarged text that I use. It's generally excellent at keeping the style of a page even with large fonts and only a few key presses or Ctrl + scroll wheel if I need to change the text size for better page rendering.
The other browsers are good too, with Opera being my next and regularly used option. I partly use for Opera for some sites that need extra permissions or may not load properly in Firefox even when I've white-listed them. Opera is excellent for very quickly changing options for sites and it's easy to allow or deny cookies, scripts and plug-ins within a few mouse clicks. It's mainly the universal zoom rather than a text-only increase that differentiates it from Firefox for me.
As I always have a large number of tabs open in every browser (including hundreds of tabs ready for opening via a closed tabs list in Firefox), I also next use Chromium to allow me to have even more pages available or when I simply want a change of scenery. It's been handy for live streaming for expos like E3 too, so it's always got a purpose.
Finally, I have seen good comments about Firefox variants, so may look into those some time. I expect Firefox to remain my 'home', though. I've been very lucky with its predecessors and Firefox itself and continue to like its feel and its text output mentioned above despite the interface changes and novelty version number chasing.
Chrome for work and home use never any problems! IE ain't what it used to be but still ok though. FF, not bad too!
Firefox obviously! It's just great.. but I do alternate between chrome and firefox sometimes, so either
I've been using Firefox for many years now and i don't see any need to change
I used to be a bit fan of Firefox for the tab support but migrated to Chrome when things seemed to slow down a lot.
I found Chrome a lot more stable and am using the sync option for convenience - have signed my soul over to Google though....
Doing a bit of photography one thing that I have recently found is soooooo bad with Chrome though his the lack of colour management. Firefox has it out of the box. The difference in the way some pictures can display is really shocking.
Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Opera (latest releases).
Each browser has its good and bad points, if I had to use one it would be Chrome.
My main browser is chrome with Adblock and better pop up blocker, but as I create website for different purposes I have all the major browsers install for cross-bowser compatibility.
Chrome for me.
Google Chrome seems to be fastest.
Firefox at work and at home with occaisonal use of SRWare Iron (Chrome with the spying taken out).
