A few friends and I have noticed the network seems to have been a bit shaky for a few days, increased packet loss, high jitter, etc. Not sure if it's related at all...
probably not, type of problems atm appear to be complete loss of service (fixed) modems stuck in a provisioning state (as if folks hadnt paid bill) and various problems of that type, people that are online should be receiving normal service. There may be some residual effects after the problem was fixed, but not preceding it.

Yeah it stopped weeks back, seemed to get fixed when the network recovered from the major outage.
