Anyone work for NTL?!?!

Well theres a problem somewhere, was setting up my g/f's mums NTL last nite n it just wasnt having it, had to press retry to every section about 10 times before anything worked n then when it got to the Checking your connectiuon thing I pressed retry about 50 times got bored n then left it n told her to press retry when she got back in later that nite...
TBH NTL are getting worse with there setup, there technical support people could support a pair of breasts with both hands and theres not need IMO for the setup to keep trying to contact NTL after every sodding step, what should of taken 30 minutes to setup couldnt be done in just over an hour because the setup couldnt talk to NTL for stupid things like sending confirmation of my agreeing to the T&C to the NTL servers, which took about 5 retrys to get thro....
