anyone know of a "complete fools guide to NT server setup"

pretty much as per title, i have the following.....

- a copy of NT server
- a few old PCs
- plenty of enthusiasm
- no idea what i'm doing?!


i'm not actually doing this with a specific purpose in mind, i'm just looking to learn some basics of how it works. i suppose if i get a half decent network set up i could add my main PC to it & use it as a file & print server, and/or to replace my router, but basically being able to do anything with it would be a start - so far i've managed to install the OS & thats about it

i'm sure there are those of you with experience in this area, if so do you know of any decent resources that can help...any books, websites etc. that you've come across or used yourselves that may be of use
