Hi,
My 12 month renewal for ADSL is coming up. I currently pay £22 for a 512 connection with Plusnet. Anyone got any preferences or recommendations? Same speed better price?

Ive been with BT, but im going back to ZenADSL asap.
Not sure on best price but seeing as service is soon going to be bandwidth limited im going to look for best unlimited service not cheapest price
Bulldog seem good and as I recently found out their customer service seems good.
Not around too often!
I thought they were central London only?Originally Posted by menthel
Virgin net aren't bad - no contract! Heard good things about Plus, too.
Thats for their 4Mb uber line ( damn local loop unbundlers )Originally Posted by Marcos
Everywhere else is limited to 2 Mb with the normal upload speed. Saying that loads of people on adslguide are moaning about bulldog being slow but if you look for my name on there and see my signature - it shows otherwise
Zen ADSL only for me... been with them 3 times, and will recommend to anyone... plus you don't have to sign up for a 12 month contract so it's ideal for students who move about lots!Originally Posted by Marcos
Oh and Zen are Bandwidth unlimited as far as i know... and it's definitley value for money )
Indeed , although reconnection costs can be painful for students
can you get cable? if so i would recommend blueyonder - i have outstanding service and connexion with them.
have been playing cs:source on servers with a ping under 10 all the time
Hi-velocity are very good at the moment, they have a special offer untill christmas for 1meg £23.99 with no download caps www.hi-velocity.it
the lady speaks the truth - there is a very good reason why Zen are constantly rated best ISPOriginally Posted by tiggerai
I have about 50 zen dsl lines with various clients and have always found there service levels to be exceptional - which is more than I can say for clients that ordered their own broadband through various bargain basement isp's ( BT included )

Do zen care if you use 60+GB a month ?
www.cpbb.co.uk - central point 1 meg line 25.99, 512 for 18.99, no limits or restrictions, been with them 7 months absolutly no problems, and always fast
we run a system on one of our lines that is downloading data 24/7/365 ( on a 2 meg line ) and have never had any problems from them.Originally Posted by Marcos

Another very contented Zen user here. They are not the cheapest, but service is excellent and they are almost always rated the fastest on the speed tables. No bandwidth limits and no contract.
