2 PC's on the net.

Hi all,
A friend of mine at work wants her husband and daughter to have simultaneous internet access at home.

I'm not sure of the best/cheapest way to do this but i suggested a wireless Adsl/modem router and a couple of wireless network cards. The 2 computers are on different floors, 1 being downstairs and the other in one of the bedrooms, so wireless would be ideal.

I'm assuming the with the router you use your current user name/password to log in but how do the 2 Pc's with the wireless cards gain access? do they use the same username/password as well?

You enter the user anme / pass into the router's web based control panel. from there the pc's access the net through the router so no password are required. If you are looking for kit i recommend the Netgear stuff.
